EVO-ZnO
It is a core-shell product, with the inorganic powder as the core, and the nano ZnO as the shell which is precipitated onto the surface of the core by in situ reaction method. Its surface also goes through the activation treatment. With the agglomerate structure, the traditional ZnO is involved in the reaction with the rubber mostly using its ZnO on the surface of the agglomerate, while the inner ZnO is less involved, which causes the excessive use and waste of ZnO as well as pollutions to the environment. This product has a ZnO content of 40-60%, and a high surface area of 10-50 m2/g. The low ZnO content is less harmful to the environment, which is advocated worldwide.
Bio-based Plasticizer
This product is a modified novel eco-friendly plasticizer originating from plant oil, with physical form of brown or dark brown viscous liquid at normal temperature, and characteristics of low heat generating, low polarity, migration resistance, no discoloration, excellent soluble resistance, high storage stability, etc. As compared to the petroleum-based eco-friendly plasticizer commonly used in the market, this product is with excellent thermal-weight-loss-resistance at high temp, solving the technical problems of causing strong smell and harms to the workshop and the surrounding environment during the rubber processing.
Granulated Carbon Black for Rubber
This product is strictly screened for tires, all steel tires are used as raw materials, after pyrolysis, coke slag coarse powder, iron removal, secondary crushing, secondary iron removal, modification, granulation, sieving, drying and cooling, The finished modified particle pyrolysis carbon black is obtained. The carbon black is in the form of granules, which has the advantages of high feed speed, low powder rate, less dust flying, convenient transportation and use, small product particle size, large specific surface area, high hardness, high tensile stress, low heat generation, flex resistance, It is an environmentally friendly product with features such as aging resistance and good processing performance.
Rubber Sheet Releasing Agent
This product is made of graphite, inorganic mineral, surfactant and dispersion agent through fine dispersion and granulation process. The appearance is powder or solid particles with light or black color. It can be evenly dispersed in water with a stable suspension state. After the rubber sheet is immersed in the liquid and becomes dry, a uniform isolation film can be formed on the surface of the unvulcanized mixed rubber compound, which can prevent the sheet from sticking to each other while being placed, and significantly isolate the rubber sheet and improve the efficiency of the rubber processing. It can be used in various rubber and resins anti-sticking process.
