2.Applications

This product has good plasticizing effect in polar and non-polar rubber, and can be widely used in SBR, NR, BR, EPR, NBR and most rubber materials. It can replace the environmentally friendly aromatic oil, paraffin oil, PAEs and other petroleum-based plasticizers. Because of its large molecular mass, it will not migrate out or volatilize during processing, forming and using. It has excellent heat resistance and can be used to make various rubber or plastic products with higher requirements for environmental protection and performance. It is mainly used as rubber plasticizer, and the dosage is 5-30 PHR or can be determined according to specific formulations.

3.Features

(1)It is made from renewable resources which is stable in supply. At normal temperatures, it has stable physical and chemical properties.

(2)It has good properties of optical and thermal stability, thermal-weight-loss-resistance at high temp, and very low VOC emission during production, which is conducive to improve the workshop and the surrounding environment and in accordance with the national requirements for environmental protection.

(3)With good plasticizing effect, it can effectively reduce the Mooney viscosity of the rubber products, improve the processing performance and lower the energy consumption.

(4)It can replace the petroleum-based plasticizer in the rubber materials, and can be used in the combination with antioxidant commonly used in the market, which will have a better anti-aging effect.

(5)The content of double bonds can be adjusted and controlled, and it can be grafted on the main chain of rubber. Its properties of extraction resistance, migration resistance and wear resistance are better than the other petroleum-based plasticizers.

This product should be stored in the tank, or in the iron drum at the users’ request. please keep away from fire and moisture, and handle with care in order to keep the package intact during loading and unloading.
