Rubber Sheet Releasing Agent

This product is made of graphite, inorganic mineral, surfactant and dispersion agent through fine dispersion and granulation process. The appearance is powder or solid particles with light or black color. It can be evenly dispersed in water with a stable suspension state. After the rubber sheet is immersed in the liquid and becomes dry, a uniform isolation film can be formed on the surface of the unvulcanized mixed rubber compound, which can prevent the sheet from sticking to each other while being placed, and significantly isolate the rubber sheet and improve the efficiency of the rubber processing. It can be used in various rubber and resins anti-sticking process.

3.Application Method

Usage: According to the requirements of different rubber materials, use it with the ratio of 1: 30 to 45 (ratio of releasing agent to water). Add sufficient clean water into the mixer, and heat it to about 70℃, and keep stirring it while adding. The stirring time lasts for about 30-40 minutes, and it can be used after being fully evenly mixed and when the releasing agent is in a suspended state in the water.
Dosage: Recommended concentration is (2.5±0.5) %. The specific dosage is determined by the temperature of the processing workshop, the composition of the rubber and the Shore Hardness of the rubber compound. Usually the concentration should be appropriately increased in some rubber compound which is easy to be sticked and in high-temp environment; Otherwise, the concentration should be reduced accordingly.

Storage: should be stored in cool and ventilated indoor place. Handle it with care while loading and unloading.
