1.Introduction

2.Functions and Applications

(1)This product can be used as the activator in the natural rubber, synthetic rubber and latex; as the vulcanizing agent, or as rubber additives to improve the heat conductivity for the CR or other rubber; can be directly added into the rubber materials, or in the form of aqueous dispersion to be filled into latex. The nano ZnO precipitated on the surface can effectively lower the surface roughness, and improve the abrasion resistance, mechanical strength and anti-aging performance, etc., of the rubber products.

(2)For producing the transparent rubber products or rubber which is in contact with food, the dosage of 3-5 PHR will have a full activation treatment in the vulcanization. More dosage will bring the filling effect and higher modulus.

(3)This product can fully replace the existing activated zinc oxide and indirect process zinc oxide, effectively reducing the formulation cost without changing the original formulations while used in various rubber materials.

(4)This product has the properties of high activity, high uniformity, good dispersion, good anti-reversion effect and reducing the dosage of anti-reversion agent for rubber vulcanization.

3.Package and Storage

Package: the inner is PE bag, and the outer is paper-plastic composite bag.

Weight: net weight is 25±0.25 kg.

Storage: It should be stored in a dry, cool, and ventilated indoor space which is away from fire and moisture. Handle it with care to keep the package intact during loading and unloading.
